These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GoTaskhub, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “User” means any individual or entity that creates an account or uses the Services.
  • “Customer Data” means information, files, and other data you submit to or process through the Services.
  • “Subscription Plan” means any free or paid plan we make available for the Services.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

  • Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via Stripe.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current term.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Plan changes: Upgrades/downgrades may take effect immediately or at the next cycle as indicated during checkout.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Services.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
  • Misuse third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe, Google services) or violate their terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Services, including software, UI/UX, branding, and content, are owned by GoTaskhub and our licensors and are protected by law.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written permission.

6. Customer Data & Privacy

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of Customer Data.
  • License to operate the Services: You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data as necessary to provide and improve the Services and to comply with law.
  • Privacy: We process personal data per our Privacy Policy.
  • If you connect third-party services, you authorize us to exchange data with those services as needed.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may depend on or integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, Google/Firebase). Your use of those services may be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their availability or performance.

8. Confidentiality

Each party may access confidential information of the other. The receiving party will use such information only for purposes of these Terms and protect it with reasonable care, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.
  • Our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoTaskhub and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension & Termination

  • By you: You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to address security/risk issues.
  • Effect: Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, confidentiality, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert governing law/jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in [insert venue] will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
