GoTaskhub

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the GoTaskhub Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to the GoTaskhub general terms of service.

This document is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. You should consult your own legal or tax advisor regarding your participation in the Program.

1. Program overview

GoTaskhub allows approved affiliates to earn commission when they refer new paying customers to GoTaskhub via unique affiliate tracking links. We handle product delivery, billing, and support. You focus on recommending GoTaskhub to your audience.

2. Eligibility & application

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding contract.
You must submit an application via the affiliate signup form and provide accurate information (including your name, email, and any relevant website or social profiles).
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. We typically look for a relevant audience (e.g., creators, trades, freelancers, agencies, business tools reviewers) and alignment with our brand.
We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if we suspect abuse, spam, misleading promotion, or violation of these Terms.

3. Affiliate accounts & dashboard

When you apply, we either create a new GoTaskhub account for you or connect your application to an existing GoTaskhub account using the same email address.
Once approved, your affiliate profile is stored in our "affiliates" collection and linked to your GoTaskhub user ID.
Approved affiliates receive a unique affiliate code and referral link that directs traffic to GoTaskhub (e.g.https://gotaskhub.com/?ref=YOURCODE).
Your affiliate dashboard may show data such as tracked clicks, signups, paying referrals, estimated commission, and referral history. These numbers are for informational purposes only and may be subject to adjustment.

4. Commission structure

Our current commission rate is 10% of the subscription amount for eligible paid plans, as processed by our payment provider (Stripe).

Eligible plans currently include: Starter (monthly and yearly) and Pro (monthly and yearly), or any other paid plans we may add and designate as eligible.
No commission is earned on the Free plan or on any products, services, or one-off fees we have not explicitly marked as eligible.
Commission is calculated on the subscription amount charged to the customer (for example, the amount charged by Stripe in cents), and may exclude taxes, processing fees, or discounts, depending on how the payment is structured.
Commission is only earned on payments successfully processed and not refunded or charged back. We may reverse or adjust commission in cases of refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or suspected fraud.
Subscription renewals for an eligible referral continue to earn commission at the then-current rate, for as long as that subscription remains active and associated with your affiliate code under our tracking logic.
We reserve the right to change commission rates, eligible plans, or calculation methods for future referrals at any time. Any change will be communicated via the affiliate dashboard and/or email where reasonably possible.

5. Tracking & attribution

Referrals are tracked using your unique affiliate code and referral links. When someone visits GoTaskhub through your link and signs up, our system attempts to attribute that signup to your affiliate ID.
Attribution may rely on URL parameters and browser storage (e.g. localStorage). Clearing cookies/storage, using different devices/browsers, or blockers can interfere with tracking.
In the event of tracking conflicts (e.g., multiple affiliates), we typically attribute the customer to the most recent affiliate link that led to signup, but we reserve the right to make the final decision.
We do not guarantee tracking in 100% of cases. We are not liable for commission lost due to tracking limitations, technical issues, or user behavior outside our control.

6. Payouts

Commission balances and payout status are recorded in our affiliate records and may be visible in your affiliate dashboard.
Payout methods, currencies, minimum payout thresholds, and payout schedules (for example, monthly or once a minimum amount is reached) will be communicated in your affiliate dashboard and onboarding email. These may change over time.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payout details (such as bank details, PayPal, or other supported methods). We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect or outdated accounts that you provided.
You are solely responsible for any taxes, social charges, or reporting obligations associated with affiliate income in your jurisdiction.
We may withhold or delay payouts if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, or if required to do so by law or regulatory request.

7. Affiliate obligations

You will present GoTaskhub accurately and fairly, and refrain from misleading, false, or exaggerated claims.
You must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and disclosure rules (for example, clearly disclosing affiliate relationships where required).
You agree not to run paid ads bidding on our brand terms ("GoTaskhub", or confusingly similar variations) unless we provide written permission.
You may not cloak links, use spam, bulk unsolicited email, or any form of deceptive traffic to drive signups.
Self-referrals or referrals from your own companies or entities that you control may not be eligible for commission and may result in account suspension.

8. Our rights

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice via email and/or the affiliate dashboard.
We may review your promotional materials or channels and request changes or stop of certain activities if we believe they harm GoTaskhub or violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to reverse or withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or chargebacks/refunds.

9. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use our brand name "GoTaskhub", logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting GoTaskhub within the Program.
You may not modify our logo or branding in a way that is misleading, confusing, or damaging to our reputation.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by GoTaskhub.

10. Relationship of the parties

You participate in the Program as an independent contractor. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and GoTaskhub. You are not authorised to make commitments or representations on our behalf.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoTaskhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Program, including lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoTaskhub is operated (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any disputes arising from or relating to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://gotaskhub.com/affiliates/terms. If you continue to participate in the Program after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
