How to Install and Connect Zoom

1. Log into your GoTaskhub dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings using the main menu.
3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
4. Click the Connect Zoom button.
5. You will be redirected to Zoom. Log into your Zoom account and click Authorize to allow GoTaskhub to schedule meetings on your behalf.
6. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to the CRM and Zoom will show as Connected.

How to Use the Zoom Integration

Once Zoom is connected, you can schedule meetings instantly for any lead or customer:

1. Open any Lead or Customer profile.
2. Click the Schedule Zoom button located in the action menu or header.
3. Enter the meeting details (Topic, Date, Time, and Duration).
4. Click Schedule. A unique Zoom meeting link will be automatically generated and saved to the customer's profile. You can easily copy the link to share it, and the meeting will automatically appear in your upcoming meetings list.

How to Uninstall or Disconnect Zoom

If you no longer want to use the Zoom integration, you can easily disconnect it at any time.

• Option 1 (From the CRM): Go back to Settings > Integrations in your GoTaskhub dashboard and click Disconnect Zoom.
• Option 2 (From Zoom): Log into your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace. Click Manage > Installed Apps, find the GoTaskhub app, and click Remove.
